Library 2.0

The web2.0 challenge at my work place is over. It generated a lot of self learning and excitement to increase our use of web2.0 technologies and collaboration. Riding the wave of enthusiasm I've been creating a youth services wiki for the system.

I'm loving Google Sites, the best free blog service I could get my hands on.

So, my question for you is, how do you get people into the habit of using one new tool instead of three or four older tools?
